Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
All orders placed before 1 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next day. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Standard, Rush, and Next Business Day packages are sent via US Postal Service or UPS, depending on the shipping address and package size. Most orders up to two pairs of shoes or one boot ship via US Postal Service. Most larger orders ship via UPS. When shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory, packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses will take additional time.
Standard Delivery FREE
Free standard shipping for all continental U.S. orders for the orders over $50. Standard Shipping transit times are usually 2-4 days for the East Coast, 3-8 days for the West Coast*. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Expedited Delivery
Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 1 PM (ET). Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Next Business Day Delivery*
Packages arrive within 1 business day, provided order is placed before 1 PM (ET). Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Sales Tax, VAT, GST (US & Canada)
Orders shipping to FL will be charged sales tax. GST of 5% will be added to all orders shipping to Canada.
International Shipping
International Shipments are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on destination. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but 5-10 business days is typical. Shipping rates shown on the website do not include local duties or taxes, except when shipping to Canada in which case duties are included.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping rates will be a flat fee of $59. GST of 5% will be added to all orders shipping to Canada. Prices & shipping rates to do not include duties or import taxes. Please determine locally what charges may apply as they will be collected by the appropriate local authority.
Expedited International Delivery
Prices for Expedited International Deliver vary depending on the destination. Packages arrive within 7 business days, provided order is placed before 1 PM (ET). Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Duties & Import Taxes (Outside Of the US & Canada)
Prices & shipping rates to do not include duties or import taxes. Please determine locally what charges may apply as they will be collected by the appropriate local authority.
Exceptions: CANADA - Shipments to CANADA do not pay duties, only GST as appropriate.

By paying $7.98 now on your order, you'll avoid return/exchange fees and get coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you don't opt to pay the $7.98 fee now, you will be charged a fee of $14 for returns or exchanges. Additionally, your package won’t be protected if it is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

Ace Marks Shoe Care
Caring for your dress shoes is cruial to making them last. Here are a few steps you can take in daily shoe care.
- Insert Shoe Trees in between wears
- Brush with horse hair brush after each use
- Brush with dauber on the edge where outsole meets upper after each use.
- Whenever possible, try to rotate your shoes throughout the week to give your shoe at least 24 hours to recover from the previous wear.
- If your shoes are wet, or if you notice some moisture inside the shoe, stuff your shoe with some newspaper to absorb the moisture. Allow to fully dry before wearing again.

All Ace Marks handcrafted leather shoe orders will come with a two way shipping label and if you need to exchange or return your Italian shoes it will be at no extra cost to you.
